Please be advised that Stanford Athletics has implemented a Clear Bag Policy for all athletic events. Under this policy, only clear bags smaller than 12"x 12"x 6" and non-clear bags smaller than 4.5"x 6.5" are allowed inside athletic venues. Any bags that do not meet these size requirements will not be allowed entry into Stanford sports facilities. Guests carrying non-compliant bags will need to return them to their vehicles or transfer their items into an approved clear plastic bag before they can enter. Please also note that bringing hard plastic, glass, ceramic, or metal containers, and hydration packs is not allowed. Soft plastic bottles under 20 oz are permitted, provided they are sealed or empty. Containers over 20 oz are not allowed. Visit

With the exception of select event cancelations, rescheduled events or limited venue capacities, there are no transaction cancelations or refunds once the sale is final.

An order is not considered a final sale until seats are assigned. For example, submitting a deferred payment application for postseason tickets is not considered a final sale until seats are assigned. I understand that I may not receive any or all of the seats that I request.

Stanford reserves the right to cancel an order and provide a refund based on our ticket reseller policies. Specifically, Stanford Athletics tickets are intended for use primarily by the original purchaser. Stanford reserves the right to review all transactions and to revoke tickets from any account determined by Stanford, in its sole discretion, to have purchased tickets with the primary intent to resell them. No refund or credit will be given.
